Sales and delivery terms

1. Validity of terms and conditions

The terms and conditions of sales and delivery apply to the goods and services purchased through the website of Maksing OÜ (hereinafter the Seller) (hereinafter the e-shop). In addition, the legislation of the Republic of Estonia applies to legal relationships occurred because of goods being purchased through the e-shop. Maksing OÜ reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions, and the price list according to the development of the e-shop.


 2. Prices

The prices for goods are presented in euros and include the value added tax valid in the Republic of Estonia.


3. Basket and checkout

Add desired items to your basket.  To place an order, click on the link “Place order”. On the order placement website, please fill in the required fields. Choose an appropriate delivery and payment method of goods and click on “Confirm”. You will then be redirected to pay for your goods.


4. Payment methods

 It is possible to pay for goods through:

 A bank link by an internet bank. A customer will be redirected to his/her internet bank after confirming his/her order, and to confirm a prefilled payment order the button “Back to trader” has to be clicked on.

 A bank transfer, based on a submitted invoice, to the bank account of Maksing OÜ (EE172200001120169176). Please make sure to add the number of the invoice in the explanation field.

 The order will be cancelled unless the payment amount is received within 5 days.


5. Gift Cards

Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, they can be used in Zelluloos Papershop (Narva mnt 38, Tallinn). If purchase amount is less than value of the Gift Card, the difference

will not be compensated. Gift Cards cannot be returned,  exchanged for money or used for purchasing new Gift Cards. 


6. Delivery

 It is possible to order goods to the following countries: Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Finland.

 Delivery methods:

 To Estonia:

By courier (DPD or Omniva) within Estonia 7.50€;

To Omniva’s parcel terminal 3.20€ (maximum dimensions 39 x 38 x 64 cm);

To SmartPOST’s parcel terminal within Estonia 3.20€ (maximum dimensions 60 x 36 x 60 cm);

By Cargobus 7.50€;

Schenker (to deliver goods of large format, price according to actual costs);

Pick it up yourself - you will receive your goods from Zelluloos Paper Shop at Narva mnt 38, Tallinn (opening hours: Mon-Thu 11:00-18:00).

 To Latvia and Lithuania:

To Omniva’s parcel terminal 9€ (maximum dimensions 39 x 38 x 64 cm);

By Cargobus 19€ (maximum of 10 kg).

 To Finland:

By SmartPOST 14€ (maximum dimensions 58 x 58 x 58 cm);

By courier (DPD) 25€ (maximum of 10 kg).


7. Return of goods

A buyer has the right to return the goods purchased from the e-shop within 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods. The returnable goods have to be unused and in original packages. To return

your goods, send an e-mail to, including the name of the buyer, number of the invoice, amount due and reasons for returning the goods. In case of returning the goods, the Seller shall

bear the amount due in accordance with the payment method selected during the order placement.

        1) If paid by bank link or bank transfer, then a refund will be made to the bank account from which the payment was received.

        2) If the payment was made by a credit card then an application for cancelling the payment shall be submitted to the card payment centre.

The buyer shall bear the costs regarding the return of goods, delivery costs shall be withheld from the returnable amount.


8. Rights of the Seller

All the pictures shown in the e-shop are illustrative, the product appearance may be different from its picture but the content is the same as shown in the picture.

The prices and availability of products may be changed without notice. In this case, the Seller receives the right to abandon the sale and return the money to the buyer’s bank account within 10 business days.

The Seller has the right to abandon the sale if there has been made a mistake in relation to the product regarding its price, or a technical error in the system.


9. Personal data

Personal data of a customer, entered for placing an order, is confidential and shall not be disclosed to third parties, except in cases provided by law or in order to deliver goods to a transport company.


10. Force Majeure

The Seller shall not be liable in case of delay in delivery if it is caused by a circumstance that cannot be controlled and foreseen by the Seller.
